Hani A. Z. Yamani
Shareholder & Member
Mr. Hani A. Z. Yamani is the elder son of late H. E. Sheikh Ahmed Zaki Yamani, the former Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He attended schooling in Switzerland, Oxford University and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and trained at Citibank in New York City and Geneva, and at MKS Finance in Geneva.
Currently, Mr. Yamani is the Executive Chairman of Hani A. Z. Yamani Trading Establishment, HAZY Investments Ltd., and the General Manager of Associates for Development Investments, and Tourism Co. He is also the CEO of Prestige Motor World and Esmeralda Wellness Clinics and Arabian Power Generation and Maintenance Company. He has participated in multi-Billion USD energy and infrastructure projects in Africa and the Middle East over a period of 25 years.
Over the years, Mr. Yamani has been an advisor to multi-national companies such as ABB, Swissair, Astaldi s.p.a., Interbeton, Avia, Schaeffler etc. In addition, he was a member of W.T.T.C. and Y.P.O. He was also a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the International Islamic Relief Organization, the largest charity organization in the Middle East. Mr. Yamani has also been on the Board of Directors of Banks and large international Companies.
Mr. Yamani is the author of the renowned book “To Be A Saudi” which received positive reviews in the international media.
The Holding Company, Hani A. Z. Yamani Establishment, owner of all Energy and Infrastructure Businesses, Travel and Tourism Businesses, Trading Companies, the Motor Industry and several private companies are owned by Hani A. Z. Yamani.
Hani A. Z. Yamani Trading Establishment with offices in Jeddah is involved in corporate investments, energy projects, aviation and airport projects, real-estate and tourism development, motor cars, wellness clinic and trading of crude oil and related petroleum products.
The Group, created a charity organization, The Hope Foundation, which receives 20% of all income from the Chairman, Mr. Yamani. This organization has financed hospitals, handicapped centers, funded relief aid to needy people throughout the world.
Noora Mohamed Al Murry
Shareholder & Member
Ms. Noora M. Al Murry is a Shareholder and serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of MedEuropa Refining Group. Ms. Al Murry brings a high-level of strategic leadership, from her vast experience in creating and implementing strategies in energy megaprojects, to focus on the sustainable development and growth of the group. She is a legal expert in matters related to corporate law, governance, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution, with an extensive track record of successful complex deliverables.
Ms. Al Murry is currently the Deputy General Counsel of Nawah Energy Company (Nawah). She holds this position after playing a key role in establishing Nawah, the operator of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) civil and peaceful nuclear program. Earlier in her career, she served as a Legal Counsel at the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC), under the government of Abu Dhabi, in the UAE.
Ms. Al Murry completed a Master’s degree in International Law at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) at the University of London in the UK. Her undergraduate academic background is in International Studies (Political Sciences) at Zayed University in the UAE, with a subsequent degree in law from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK. She also completed a Diplôme d'université in International Nuclear Law at the International School of Nuclear Law (ISNL) at the University of Montpellier in France.
Keng H. Chung, Ph.D., P.Eng., FCAE, FEC, FGC (Hon.)

Dr. Keng H. Chung is the Vice President of Well Resources and is a Senior Advisor for the government of China on green energy and resource management. He is globally renowned for his expertise in energy system and petroleum operations. He pioneered and patented several commercial processes and novel technologies used in the petroleum industry.

Dr. Chung has received several achievement awards for his contributions to the heavy oil industry and is a co-inventor of the selective asphaltene extraction (SELEX-Asp) process for removing the majority of problematic components from heavy petroleum feedstock.

Dr. Chung has more than 40 years of working experience and is currently a Distinguished Professor of chemical engineering at the China University of Petroleum and Chair Professor at Guangdong Food and Drug Vocational College. He was a member of the Technical Advisory Council of the China State Key Laboratory of Heavy Oil Processing.

He is a Fellow of Canadian Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of Engineers Canada and an Honorary Fellow of Geoscientists Canada.
Nina B. Shapiro, MBA

Ms. Nina B. Shapiro has over 30 years of broad global experience in international and project finance and business development. She held senior leadership and operating positions at the World Bank and its private sector arm, the International Finance Corporation, including as VP Finance and Treasurer of the IFC and as the World Bank Director of the Project Finance and Guarantee Department. Working extensively with senior government and banking officials and with the private sector, Ms. Shapiro helped develop major infrastructure, financial sector, and manufacturing projects ; and to open domestic capital markets such as China, Brazil and the UAE. In 2010, Ms. Shapiro received the Euroweek Lifetime Achievement Award for contributions to the Capital Markets. Having retired from the World Bank in 2011, she is now taking on a full-time role as a corporate and advisory board member.
Juergen M. Geissinger, Ph.D.

Dr. Juergen M. Geissinger was the Science associate and Chief engineer at the Fraunhofer Institut IPA since 1985. In 1992, he joined ITT Automotive where he went on to become the Managing Director of the electronic brake system division. In 1997, he was appointed as the President and CEO of ITT Industries Europe and the Senior Vice President of ITT Industries, USA.
From November 1998 to 2013, Dr. Geissinger held the position of President and CEO of Schaeffler AG. He joined Schaeffler as a company with revenues 1,2bn € and developed the Group with revenues of 13bn € and about 80.000 employees, not including the successful acquisition of Continental AG a 40bn € Company in 2008.
In 2015, Dr. Geissinger invested in Senvion a company that develops, produces and distributes wind turbines to suit almost any location, with a rated power ranging from 2 to 6.2 megawatts. He took the position as CEO and realized the IPO of Senvion at Frankfurt Stock
exchange.
In addition to his operational function, Dr. Geissinger is the owner of the DGFO-Invest GmbH for investments and managing support for various technology start-up companies. As well he owns a consulting company Leofortis AG, Switzerland advising companies in business strategy, M&A, international business development, operational efficiency and productivity
as well as quality management.
Dr. Geissinger was from 2005 until 2013 Vice-President of the German Auto Association VDA representing the supplier industry. He was also a member of the supervisory board of Sandvik SA, Sweden and is a member of the supervisory board of MTU Aero-Engines AG, Germany.
Ruggero Maman
Member
Mr. Ruggero Maman is the Chairman of the Board for ENERGEN Trading where he oversees trading of oil related products on a global scale. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Maman accumulated a diverse breadth of experience in oil trading and oil financing, while serving as an Oil Adviser for the Minister of Economy and Development of Cameroon, Minister of Finance of Yemen, Ministry of Defense of Italy, and Presidency of the Counsel Minister of Lebanon.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Maman was heavily involved in the sale of oil products to Yemen and he specialized in business development for trading crude oil and petroleum products. Mr. Maman has also led pre-financing of oil related products and facilitated pre-financing agreements for Balkar Trading, Exxon, and Nomura Securities. Mr. Maman possesses a unique expertise in company creation and licensing as demonstrated during his role as the Marketing Vice President of Middle East Jet Services.

Dr. Adriano Cefai is the founder of Fides Corporate Services, located in Malta.
